The surgeon and anesthetists carried out their proposed work on my jaw and teeth perfectly. The nurses and staff couldn't have been more helpful in every way. I admire their patience in dealing with each patient.

Good - helpful, patient, understanding staff. Regular meals and drinks of good quality. Overall everyone was fine and felt looked after. Improvements - took over 3 hrs for a nurse to introduce self task about any concerns/pain etc upon arrival on ward from theater. HCAs trying to help me out of bed, by putting me up - I had just had reconstruction!

Everything. I couldn't have asked for better care, all the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Chilgrove ward. They could do with a sign on the ladies toilet saying :- vacant/occupied as not all patients knock on the door.

Absolutely everything! The tender loving care I have received has been wonderful! Everybody has been so kind- doctors, consultants, food providers, nurses. Nothing has even been too much trouble!
